At Gadget Bar, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • The product must be:

    • In the same condition you received it (undamaged).

    • With original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • Returns are accepted for:

    • Faulty or defective items

    • Wrong item received

    • Item not as described

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Screen protectors, cables, and small accessories (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or wrong.

  • For UK customers, we may provide a return label.

  • For Ghana customers, items must be returned to our Accra office or approved return address.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product if available.

  • For different models or upgrades, a price difference may apply.

1. Use of Website

  • You must be 18 years or older to make purchases.

  • You agree not to misuse the site, hack systems, or manipulate data.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are preowned or refurbished unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Payment methods: Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, klarna, clearpay, Mobile Money (Ghana), 

  • Gadget Bar may cancel any order due to stock issues, payment errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • UK: 2–5 working days via Royal Mail or courier.

  • Ghana: 5–10 working days depending on availability.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Warranty

  • Refurbished devices come with a 6 month limited warranty (device only).

  • Warranty excludes accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Trade-In Terms

  • Trade-in values are subject to inspection.

  • Device must be fully functional, unlocked, and not blacklisted.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Gadget Bar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by UK law (for UK sales) and Ghanaian law (for Ghana sales).
